Free Contraception available for those age 17 to 30 years old , please contact our practice nurse if interested.
Appointments
Patients can phone for booked appointments from 8:30am. If you have any respiratory symptoms the doctors will phone you back for a telephone consultation.
Please Note
Due to medical staff shortages, it may be a number of days before you will be offered a face to face appointment in the surgery. We remind you that should you deteriorate that you have D-Doc and local Adult and Paediatric A+E services.
Please also be aware that the Paediatric A+E in CHI Connolly is now by appointment only. You can book an appointment here. A+E Temple Street, Crumlin and Tallaght Paeds A+E is still a 24 hour service.

Our Online Services
Certificates
Request renewal of your medical certificate and collect from the surgery. This facility is not for first time certificates (allow 24hours before collecting)
Prescriptions
Order your repeat prescription and have it sent to your pharmacy of choice (please allow at least 24hrs before pickup)
Cancel Appointment
If you wish to cancel an appointment click here and enter your details. Please give at least 2.5 hours notice
